A Marksman At His Best is the thirteenth mission in Sniper: Ghost Warrior. In this mission, you play as O'Neil, being a spotter for Tyler Wells. You work your way to a vantage point, from which to mark Ernesto Salazar for Sergeant Tyler Wells to snipe and kill.
