One Shot, One Kill is the first mission in Sniper: Ghost Warrior. Sgt. Tyler Wells is on a mission to kill General Vasquez. However, due to an explosion on the camp, the fired bullet misplaces it's target. General Vasquez just falls because of the explosion and escapes.
